  4. You understand that political contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations for federal or state income tax purposes.

Required Disclosure: California law requires campaign committees to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individual contributors whose cumulative contributions reach $100 or more during a calendar year.
